Wife is looking for an artist - by heart and brain. Someone who thinks, sleeps, eats design. Criticises billboards and purchases products solely on the basis of its packaging. All memory is visual memory. We think design is art. And art is design. We think designers are artists. We believe in awards and rewards and are hungry to hire talent. Talent, that is hungry to be our better half. It doesn’t matter how much experience you have as long as you tick all or most on the checklist.

They say art is an outcome only of a sharp brain and a weak heart. If you fulfil that need, then the below are the optional qualifications.

Job Duties
• Work in collaboration with an account manager to understand client briefs/ strategies and effectively execute them effectively. These creative checklists generally include but are not limited to Brand Identities, Brand and Marketing collaterals, Website Interfaces, packaging, PowerPoint templates, Business Stationery, Social Media content in line with a brand’s design language that is not only great to look at but easy to understand
• Not only create visually appealing designs but also cognitively engaging ones
• Contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy

Qualifications & Skills
• A Bachelors’/ Masters’/ Specialized course in Design (e.g., graphics, visual communications)
• Technical proficiency in industry standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) - the more the merrier

What will you learn?

What do we require?
• Enthusiasm for the design process and attentiveness to different project goals
• Comfort and proficiency working with graphic software including the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDraw
• Know how of 3Ds Max, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, are a value-add
• Formal full-time/ part-time education in design in the form of a Bachelors’/ Masters’/ Diploma
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office

Marketing Specialist



Wife is looking for a Marketing Specialist – a big picture thinker, a storyteller, one who can incorporate market insights, consumer behaviour, brand development tools and dreams to build stunning brands. Positioning, identity, personality, awareness, equity, leveraging, research, analysis, should be words he/ she uses in passé.

Job Duties
• Develop existing and new brand strategies, after undergoing thorough research and analysis of current market and trends using traditional tried and tested and modern disruptive methods.
• Create marketing and communication strategies in line with the brand values and thereafter enhance its positioning in the market.
• Be in constant touch with the brand owners/ clients/ representatives and be a liaison between the external and internal teams.
• Think forward and anticipate future trends, opportunities and prospective successes for the brand.
• Be collaborative, a number thinker and be fact-driven.
• Be in a mutually symbiotic relationship with the brand, the creative team, the digital strategists and the operations of an execution. A horizontal, to all verticals.
• Create real and effective yet simple and disruptive short-term and long-term plans, calendars, strategies – that will not only be inspirational but also actionable.
• Contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Qualifications & Skills
• A Bachelors’/ Masters’/ Specialized course in Business or Marketing and Communications or Advertising or Brand Planning
• Confidence, tact, people-skills, instinctiveness
• Strong command of language – oral and written
• High degree of understanding of people, brands and the market
• Strong leadership skills
• MS-Office
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in the same/ similar role

• Multi-tasker
• Sales experience/ understanding
• Technically equipped to conduct thorough market research (primary and secondary)
